Landlords search the Mr. Bienes directory by specialty, distance, and municipio. They see your profile, reviews, and availability, then send an estimate request or book an appointment — it lands straight in your CRM.
The CRM is included free during the marketplace launch. When online billing arrives it becomes a $15/month subscription — you'll be able to keep using the free profile either way.
Reviews come from completed jobs recorded on the platform — clients rate the work after it's done. Nobody can pay to remove or bury a review, and moderation rules apply the same to positive and negative ones.
