The invoice is a page from a duplicate book, photographed and sent on WhatsApp. Then the client pays half by ATH Móvil, promises the rest by Friday, and a month later nobody's sure what's still owed. With Mr. Cotiza every invoice is numbered, and it knows its own balance.
Record each payment as it comes in (cash, check, ATH Móvil, transfer) and the invoice updates itself to partial, paid or overdue. The client gets a link to the same invoice showing what's been paid and what's left, so there's one version of the truth.
And because each line carries its own tax, the IVU you collected each month is already added up when it's time to file.

Define your taxes
Add the taxes you charge once, IVU or any other, and mark a default. Lines without a tax don't show one.

Invoice the job
Mark a job done and the invoice comes with it, pre-filled from the accepted estimate. A job can't close without one, so nothing you finish goes unbilled, and deposits or progress bills work too.

Send it your way
Sending copies a link to paste into WhatsApp, a text or an email, and there's print and PDF for paper.

Record what comes in
Enter each payment with its date and method; partial, paid and overdue sort themselves out.

File with the numbers ready
The taxes page shows what you collected each month, split by tax, with a CSV for whoever files your returns.

Common questions
- Can my client pay through the link?
- No. The link shows the invoice, what's been paid and the balance. You collect however you agree (ATH Móvil, cash, check) and record it in a few taps.
- Can I charge IVU on materials but not on labor?
- Yes. Every line has its own tax, so materials can carry IVU while labor carries none, and changing a rate later never rewrites an old invoice.
- Does it email invoices for me?
- No. You send the link yourself, on WhatsApp or however your client prefers, or print it.
