Running the day from a WhatsApp group
Six in the morning: voice notes to three guys, an address pasted twice, and by ten someone's asking where the key is. At five you still don't know what got done without calling each of them. The instructions scroll away, and when a client says nobody showed up, there's no record either way. Mr. Cotiza gives every worker their own list for the day instead.
You assign tasks (typed, or as a voice note of up to three minutes) to a person, a day and, when it matters, a time window. Each worker opens the app to their own tasks in time order. The current one is marked NOW, the next is marked NEXT, and each has a big Done button.
You watch the day unfold on a board, a timeline or a day summary, and every task that's finished or reopened is logged with who and when.

Invite your crew
Add each worker from your team settings. They get a link, create their own free login, and use the app in their phone's browser, with no app store needed.

Assign the day
Pick the person and the day, type the task or record it, and add a time window, an urgent flag or a link to the job if it helps.

They work their list
Each worker sees only their own tasks, marks them done with one tap, and can undo their own mistake for 15 minutes.

Watch without calling
The Board shows who has what, the Timeline shows when, and the Day summary shows how much each person finished.

Give a crew lead the crew permission and they can assign, move and reopen tasks just like you.
The short version

Common questions
- Do my workers need to pay or install anything?
- No. They need a free Mr. Cotiza login and a phone with a browser, and you send them the invite link yourself.
- Can a worker mark something done that wasn't?
- Every completion is logged with who and when. Workers can undo their own within 15 minutes; after that, only a manager can reopen it.
- Does my crew get notified of new tasks?
- Not by text or push. New tasks appear when they open the app, so the habit to build is opening it at the start of the day.
